Job Description
Take an active role in data analysis and interpretation, ensuring a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness of the data presented
Prepare reports on content/communications performance, including but not limited to post-mortem analysis on initiatives and day-to-day performance tracking
Provide recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance
Requirements
1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
Holds a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, English Studies, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant fields
Strong grasp on numbers, and proficiency with Excel
Meticulous and highly attentive to details
Ability to create performance reports for communications initiatives and familiarity with engagement metrics
Highly self-motivated, independent, and well-organized
Fast learner and a hands-on executer with a positive attitude
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage workloads effectively
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, and email marketing platforms (i.e. Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge in SQL is a plus
