Description:ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a highly skilled Reports Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can turn complex data into meaningful insights, build reliable reports, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions.RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Build, monitor, and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reports.
Work closely with leadership, finance, operations, and other teams to provide data support.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Leverage BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to create compelling visualizations.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
Strong SQL knowledge for querying and managing datasets.
Experience with reporting & BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with data visualization techniques and reporting automation.
Solid understanding of databases and data structures.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
Experience building and monitoring KPIs.
Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Certifications (a plus, not required)
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI).
Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Associate.
Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP).
SQL Certification (Oracle, Microsoft, or other).
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Yellow Belt).
