-Analytical, data driven
-Skilled in extraction of data from multiple sources
-Creative at building reports to visualize data in story telling fashion
-Can ramp up quickly and is familiar with call center reporting and metrics
-Ability to decipher trends in data
-Ability to catch data discrepancies and highlight
-Ability to view data and highlight changes that indicate movement in metrics
-Plus: Is familiar with database query languages (SQL), reporting from Amazon, Aspect WFM, Microstrategy and similar BI tools
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
