What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of a Reporting Analyst who will be working with our US-based client. Our client is a full-service marketplace management agency that supports companies in the optimization of their merchandising, marketing, and operations. In this role, you will be pulling and organizing data reports across clients and e-commerce marketplaces. You play a vital role in accurately getting information to leadership in a timely fashion to enable growth and optimization for their clients.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone professional and with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Pull reports in support of the Director of Growth Management and the Director of Digital Media across business & advertising reports.
Create Weekly and Monthly Excel Dashboards from other reports downloaded from Amazon, Target, and Walmart Seller Portals. Consolidate data across multiple spreadsheets into client-facing dashboards.
Manage clients' e-commerce reports to deliver best-in-class growth.
Communicate report findings or any report delays to leadership in a timely manner.

Ad-hoc reporting requests & insight analysis associated.

About You:
Core qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce/Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central preferred
Strong communication skills, presence, and confidence is a must
High level of proficiency in Excel/Office suite of products and/or Google sheets/slides/docs
Experience conducting quantitative analyses and delivering insights from the numbers
Accountability and the ability to build trust is a must
Collaborate with a high desire to learn and seek answers for your clients and teammates
Experience and success working from home as part of a virtual, remote culture
2+ years of work experience in Excel building spreadsheets and analyzing data
Shift and Schedule: Follows US EST/PST Business Hours
