Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities This job is responsible for delivering the organization outcome as stated:
Work with Asia IDM and IT to develop the reporting required
Enhance the report where needs
Provide reports from OBIEE, Cloud, DV, weekly, monthly, and quarterly upon request
Develop the auto report as much as possible
Provide the clean-up report with additional attribute needed for Asia Procurement to populate the KPI report
Check report for accuracy. Work with IT if report behave anomaly
Advise and communicate to have BPA and PO input in the way it is designed. Follow up with each site to ensure the input is done properly with high integrity
Work with US Procurement and COE team for standardizing report
Work with site management to standardize the KPI format and fully utilized the fields available in Oracle Cloud and reports to minimized using different reports to get all information needed for KPI
Perform testing and provide idea and logic for all reports (IDM related) whenever there are any changes and improvement required/needed
Perform the work that has been assigned
Authority In order for the incumbent to deliver the expected outcome, the incumbent is authorized to perform the following:
Issue the service ticket if there's any improvement or changes needed
Follow the organization goals, KPI, OKM, and related operation plan(s)
Perform assigned work to achieve deliverables committed to organization goals in accordance with this job description and in compliance with work rules and ethics and compliance policies of the Company
Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company
Report near-miss, close-call, and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations
Report product/production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in any field
- Any procurement or supply chain certification is preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years in the indirect procurement field in a similar and medium-scale manufacturing environment
- Experience with using a multi-national ERP system
Other Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Able to handle the report
- Well understand Cloud Procurement Process
