JOB DESCRIPTION
Conducts routine inspection of the building and equipment (structural, plumbing, electrical etc.)
Performs preventive measures to the building to reduce risk of future problems
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Handles basic repairs and maintenance
Repairs items, machines, equipment or structures as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least a graduate of any 2 year course or Vocational degree
Skilled in using hand and power tools
With experience in performing routine maintenance
With electrical knowledge such as installation, wiring, and repairs
Organized and have good time management skills
