Job Description:
Choice is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Remote Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize digital files, documents, and records. 2. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 3. Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. 4. Conduct research on various topics as assigned. 5. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed. 6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met. 8. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. 9. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Experience with remote work tools and technology. 7. Resourcefulness and motivation to take on new challenges. 8. Soft skills in people management and research. 9.
