We're seeking remote Matchmakers with strong client management backgrounds!What You'll Do:Own the client journey end-to-end, including initial video consultation, client onboarding, matchmaking strategy, and achieving resultsSet up and optimize dating profiles (photos, prompts, positioning) with our Writers and ScoutsNavigate dating apps on behalf of clients to identify, qualify, and advance promising matchesProvide practical coaching on messaging, first-date prep, and app etiquette to improve outcomesCommunicate proactively in English, sharing progress, gathering feedback, and resetting strategy as needed - using your proven client communication skillsTrack activity, maintain organized pipelines, and meet deliverables without direct supervisionCollaborate with the broader team to continually elevate client outcomes, leveraging AI-enabled tools and best practicesWhy Account Managers excel as Matchmakers:You already have experience managing client relationships and expectationsYour consultative approach perfectly fits our personalized matchmaking processYou understand how to deliver results while maintaining client satisfactionYour project management skills ensure smooth execution of our dating strategySchedule and Location:RemotePart-time to start, with potential to move to full-time * Choose either:One consolidated shift: 12 pm to 9 pm EST, orTwo split shifts within these windows: mornings 7 am EST and evenings 5pm ESTYou set your schedule within those windows to meet deliverablesRole starts at 6 days/week during the initial orientation period; afterward, you'll have a regular day offPay:
This job pays a flat rate of anywhere between $10 to $12 per hour, depending on experience.
