We are looking for reliable, adaptable, and self-driven individuals to join our Home-based Customer Service team.
A majority of our staff work with our customers in the United States and so, a lot of hires will be required to work late afternoon to early night. If you cannot be somewhat flexible with your schedule, this might not be a great fit. That said, some shifts are daytime and we are looking for great talent, if you are going to invest in us, let's talk.

Basic Requirements:
Updated Resume with employment dates
Minimum experience: at least 1-year BPO straight employment or 1-year accumulated freelance Virtual Assistant experience
PC/Laptop specs
CPU: At least i3 or AMD equivalent
RAM: 8GB
Main Drive: SSD
Internet: Stable 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
Headset with noise-canceling mic
Working webcam
Work Schedule
This will depend on the client. The majority is EST or PST timezone (Eastern or Pacific Standard Time) and a few AU and UK time zones.
