Responsible for the execution of electrical testing for the reliability sample lots in support of technology, product and assembly qualifications.
Performed additional electrical verification for qualifying parts failing at post test.
Update RMS in a timely manner on electrical test results
Request on electrical test allocation on a weekly basis or as deemed necessary to EBR or production test planner.
Support for reliability test required for qualification/evaluation and RAP (Reliability Audit Program) samples.
Responsible for providing test result within the test and jedec window cycle.
Collaborate with Test and Product Engineering in resolving set-up issues.
Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a 3 year-Technology course
Preferably with extensive and hands on experience on ATE platforms.
Can work independently
High-disciplined and possesses positive behavior.
Knows basic electronics, assembly process, test manufacturing operations and environmental testing.
Possesses good electronic troubleshooting skills.
Understand operation of test equipment
Dependable with effective communication skills.
