Responsibilities & Skills
Reliability Engineering Operator will be assigned to Reliability Lab to primarily support and perform electrical test on Integrated Circuit (IC) devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Engineering Operator will also expect to perform first level troubleshooting and set-up of ATE.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical test on Integrated Circuit (IC) devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
Perform visual inspection of IC devices using low magnification microscopes.
Support loading, unloading and monitoring of Device Under Test (DUT) in Reliability Stress Equipment.
Perform reball/rework activities.
Perform and support daily maintenance check of Reliability Equipment.
Perform daily houskeeping activities especially after shift
Qualifiactions:
High school education or equivalent required.
Minimum two (2) years experience in manufacturing and/or Test Engineering environment.
Knowledge and experience in handling Integrated Circuit type testers is a must.
Ability to read and understand specifications and work instructions.
Must have basic knowledge and experience working on software based tools, at the minimum candidate must have knowledge on MS office applications.
Must be able to identify basic problems and must be able to interface with technicians and engineers to explain problems.
Must be able to prioritize and complete task on time.
Must be able to always demonstrate safety practices in the workplace.
Must have the ability to listen and communicate effectively orally and in written form.
Flexible on work shift is highly desirable.
