Mission Details 13;
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
-Plan, schedule and implement maintenance strategies in ensuring reliability of plant machineries within quality and cost standards
-Conducts Reliability-Based Maintenance (RBM) Strategies and align Maintenance Management System program based on RBM, equipment history, spare parts management and Team capability.
-Plan, implement and review preventive maintenance schedules and liaise with Engineering Department for swift implementation and balancing of Operational Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Program.
-Conduct root cause analysis to address machine failures that will improve RBM studies.
-Monitor, support
and control maintenance spending on overall maintenance spare parts and ensure availability of critical spares
-Organize and manage maintenance contractors to ensure compliance to companies policy and procedures
-Ensure communication to, from and in area of control are timely, accurate and effective
-Attend meetings with manufacturing, management, suppliers and maintenance team while effectively presenting maintenance performance in uptime, delay, quality and safety
-Lay-out and design detailing for modification / improvement
Mission Details 13;
Project Management
-Create and justify Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) request to support plant operation on project requirements which able to properly assess feasibility and return of investment
-Outsource, accommodate contractors and suppliers visit that would best provide project requirement
-Plan, schedule and implement projects based on proposed objectives, agreed timeline and approved budget
-Ensure that all new and modified plant processes facilities, equipment and installation comply with local statutory regulations, labor codes, plant safety, quality, efficiency and reliability standards
-Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
-Ensure that all processes and change are well documented and communicated through appropriate method and deliver accurate reports
Mission Details 13;
Implementation Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance
-Prepare preventive maintenance plan and schedule of all machines, equipment ,building and facilities
-Update and submit preventive maintenance plans and schedules to concern departments
-Prepare plan and design to upgrade, modify and improve machines, building, and facilities
-Evaluate, validate, inspect, test all received machine/ equipment parts, spare parts, supplies, materials, machining works, new machine and building facilities
-Prepare study plan to increase efficiency of machines and equipment
-Monitor spare parts actual & system's inventory
-Coordinate to procurement function to secure timely arrival of materials on site
-Attend weekly work planning meetings
-Develop maintenance shutdown schedules integrating all activities into one comprehensive plan

Required Profile 13;
Experience
On Technical experience
-At least 5 to10 year experience in the adhesive or chemical manufacturing industry
-Adept in preventive maintenance, modification, and improving of industrial equipment and machineries
On management experience
-At least 5 to10 years experience in people management (unionized environment is a plus factor)
On project management
-At least 5 to10 years experience in industrial machine and equipment installation
Education
-Bachelor degree in (in order of priority) Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
-Licensed
