Job Description 1.Performance of Globe Platinum's marketing communications campaigns in light of achieving business goals and objectives, with the principles of customer relationship marketing.
2. Adhering to and upholding brand's image, in terms of representing Globe Platinum externally and internally, and advocating Globe and individual NPS.
3. Delivery of monthly 7 plan upgrade, churn/retention and CLI targets, as aligned with the group's GSR (Gross Sales Revenue).
4. Effectively monitor, keep track, and submit individual progress through a daily dashboard.
5. To manage individual churn rate monthly, and ensure all efforts to retain customer loyalty.
6. Attendance and participation in employee training and development efforts, projects, events, and innovations.
