Duties of a Dispatcher includes checking approved orders, creating delivery documents, inspecting loaded orders, and monitoring of trucks and orders.
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role?
1. Processes and documents all approved orders
2. Handles shipping in the system of all released orders
3. Updates Dispatch Reports
4. Coordinates with respective departments regarding issues/concerns pertinent to status of fuel deliveries
5. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering
Adept in in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and other communication tools
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork
Above average verbal and written communication skills
A day in the life of a Dispatcher would involve: (1) Will work on shifting schedule (2) Will work on extended hours including weekends and holidays, if needed (3) Ready to change work location
