Job Description
QMS Compliance & Inspection Operations
Conducts in-house self-inspection, auditing and reporting to ensure compliance to quality policies and processes.
Assist in monitoring and controls of Regulated Drugs (picking, inventory, monitoring)
Ensures that Monitoring and Measuring Device (MMD) are regularly calibrated and with corresponding valid calibration certificate.
Daily monitoring of warehouse temperature and coordinates with Facilities & Asset Management representative if there is temperature excursion.
Administrative Tasks and performance Management
Monitors and validates KPIs and ensures these are within the set targets.
Performs regular process audit to ensure that standard operating procedures are religiously followed by subordinates.
Safeguards all assigned FPDI company assets.
Others
Ensures compliance to all quality programs of the company (GWP, Housekeeping, Safety, Security and Preventive Maintenance).
Assist in inventory undertaking in the warehouse (Refer to Inventory Count Schedule).
Participates in company programs (Welfare, Safety and Security) as required.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the superiors from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment
Graduate of BS Pharmacy with PRC License
Open to Newly Licensed Pharmacist
Experience and Training Required
Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in regulatory of pharmaceutical industry.
Business process (operations efficiency)and sense (finance/cost effectiveness) oriented.
Preferably knowledgeable and and experienced in SAP (WMS).
Knowledgeable in warehouse operations and utilization.
Skills and Competencies
Computer literate.
Knowledgeable and understanding understanding of organizations business processes, policies and guidelines.
Good communication skills with analytical thinking.
Practitioner of occupational safety and health in warehouse operations.
Team player.
