PRIMARY TASK
Responsible in preservation of vaccines, on-time-inventory of stocks and accurate dispensing of vaccines.
MAIN DUTIES
Responsible in taking inventory of pharmaceutical drugs to reorder them based on local
demand. The duties and responsibilities for a Pharmacist are:
Accepts incoming vaccine delivery.
Monitors and controls vaccine expiration, cold storage and supplies movement.
Dispenses vaccines by packaging and labeling based on Sales Invoice.
Provides pharmacological information and request queries.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with FDA standards.
Keeps accurate records and vaccine inventories, supplies, LTO and vaccine CPR.
Assists in the training of Sales Division regarding pharmacological information of
vaccines.
Attends necessary seminars for up-to-date pharmacological information.
Does daily physical count of vaccines together with the Billing/Inventory Asst.
Processes related licensing requirements. In charge of license renewals and permits in
compliance with FDA rules and regulations.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Registered Pharmacist
Should have at least 3 years work experience as Pharmacist
SKILLS
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of science
• Ability to measure substances accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to detect and investigate mistakes in a patient's medications and prescriptions
• In-depth knowledge of drugs and their potential side effects
