DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all communications reflect the standards set forth by the company
Maintains inventories of medical and operating supplies and equipment, and functionality of clinic facilities.
Facilitates ingress to egress of all scheduled and walk-in clients.
Responds to emails, SMS, chat messages, and calls, related to clinic operations.
Coordinates with clients' POCs in terms of submission of reports; with the team for completion of trackers; and with Team Lead for daily clinic activities.
Works alongside with PCO in the proper tagging of clients in the system portal and pricing of clinic procedures.
Checks daily cash collections and confirms regular bank deposits through proper documentation.
Secures HMO approval for specific procedures.
Reconciles census with billing and collections.
Assists specialists, like cardiologists and OB-Gyn, in specific procedures.
Timely submission of end-of-day reports, i.e. compliance trackers, cash collection summary, daily census
Ensures that procedures and workflow are consistent with clinic objectives, protocol, regulations, and standards and that operations conform to established environmental, safety, and infection control requirements.
Coordinates with the team on every patient-care activities in the clinic; develops and implements treatment plans, and organizes and keeps patients' records.
Enhances professional growth and development through participation in seminars, online training, and workshops.
Establishes and implements plans for the marketing and promotion of clinic services to the targeted client.
Adapts to new policies and clinic activities with enthusiasm and competence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Registered Nurse
With valid PRC ID
1-2 years Clinic/Hospital Experience
Must be amenable to work from Monday-Saturday
Weekdays 8AM -5PM (8 hrs) and Saturday (4 hrs)
