Documentation of vital signs, medication intake, patient assessment, etc.
Assisting in admission and help ease the transition for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Have a good English communication skills and Present yourself professionally
