Online Hiring Process
DTI and DOLE Interim Guidelines on Workplace Prevention and Control of Covid-19 are followed. STRICT implementation of safety and contact minimizing policies is ensured.
New Normal duties:
Responsible for the screening of employees, third-party workers, and visitors.
They shall ensure minimum health standards and ingress protocols are duly met, including but not limited to handwashing and sanitizing before entering the plant premises, and in screening individual body temperatures.
Collect, review, and file the daily symptoms survey form.
Case handling and monitoring from go-home-order to fit-to-work clearance.
Monitoring of reporting high-risk employees.
Conduct contact tracing whenever necessary.
Be in coordination with the BHERT (Barangay Health Emergency Rescue Team), Municipal and Provincial Health Offices on COVID-related news and updates.
Provides basic health care services, assessing exposure to risks, promoting health, administering first aid, and other duties related to the well-being of employees.
Assist in all health-related activities in the plant
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
With at least 1 year of related experience, but not required.
