We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-reading Registered Nurse to support our team by reviewing clinical documentation and timesheets for accuracy and quality. This role is critical to ensuring our records are error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with the plan of care.Key Responsibilities:Review staff clinical notes to ensure accuracy and consistency with the care planIdentify and correct grammatical and numerical errors (e.g., 15ml vs. 10ml)Verify staff timesheets for entry errors (e.g., 7am vs. 7pm)Maintain daily QA checks to prevent documentation backlogFlag discrepancies or unclear entries to managementRequirements (Non-Negotiable):Registered Nurse (active license)Excellent English (spoken and written)Fast reader with high attention to detailAbility to spot and correct errors confidentlyStrong organizational skills and ability to keep up with daily documentation flow
