Job Description
Focuses on recovering patients who have difficulties leaving their homes due to illness or injuries by providing quality clinical nursing care, seeing several patients each day with each visit lasting from an hour up to two hours.
Provides services such as infusion therapy, wound care, pain, and symptom management, therapy, and assistance with medication administration.
Travels to the patient's home in order to provide physician-ordered care at frequencies based on their acuity with the goal for patient to reach and maintain their highest level of health and functionality, preventing hospitalization or decline.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Filipino registered nurse who passed their PH license; US license holder is a plus for qualification
1-2 years active/recent hospital experience
Preferably exposed to Medical-Surgical, ICU, Long Term Acute Care, OR/RR, ER, and/or General unit
