JOB DESCRIPTION
> Conducts microbiological tests following standard procedures.
> Prepares microbiological test reports.
> Prepares necessary media and reagents for microbiological testing.
> Conducts and maintains inventory of supplies and media for microbiological testing.
> Monitors equipment maintenance and calibration.
> Conducts environmental monitoring
> Conducts quality control checks of the culture media, reagents, water, reference microorganisms, and other laboratory supplies
> Ensures all laboratory activities, processes, and supplies are maintained, recorded, and reported according to ISO 17025.
> Ensures that reference microorganisms including stock and working cultures are handled safely, maintained, and recorded
JOB QUALIFICATION
BS Medical Technology, BS Microbiology, BS Biology Major in Microbiology, BS Food Technology
