· Conducts regular chemical laboratory tests and analysis for plating chemicals based on specification.
· Maintains complete and updated record of all assigned test results and necessary documents.
· Prepares chemical solutions and standards according to specifications.
· Communicates with other Process Technicians or Maintenance for plating solution top-up/dilution requirements.
· Responds to line issues and communicate with Process Engineer and Maintenance team.
· Performs monthly laboratory chemical inventory.
· Buy-offs plating machine after preventive maintenance activity.
· Maintains and cleans laboratory apparatus and equipment.
· Performs plating thickness measurement when needed.
· Performs other related functions/duties or as the situation dictates.
Qualifications
· Experience in chemical analysis.
· At least 2 years' experience working in chemical laboratory.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
