Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals . Assisting sales personnel in their techniques . Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term . Build promos for penetration rate, sales volume and market share increase. . Can tie up with Smart, Globe and Sun network trade partners and actively communicate and build a harmonious partnership with them. . Capability to manage and enhance the efficiency of the team . Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings . Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
