Educational Background:
- Bachelor / College Graduate of any related courses of Telecom Engineering, Project Management or
equivalent
Professional Work Experience:
- 5 Years and up, 3 Years and up OSP, Subs loop or equivalent project management
Competencies:
- Related work experience.
Job Summary:
- Familiar with subs loop, secondary, primary cable, cabinet and other equipments or facilities of PLDT or
other operators, proficient in OFFICE and other OFFICE software and related instruments and tools.
- Experience in PLDT or other operators' projects.
- Familiar with the delivery and acceptance standards of PLDT or other operators.
- Professional knowledge of project management, progress management, quality management, cost
management, and so on.
- Excellent project delivery organization ability.
- Understand the implementation characteristics of engineering projects, have the ability to adopt special
working methods at special time, reasonably schedule, manage and control the work progress of projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control the whole project, from project completion inspection and acceptance, the whole life cycle
management, project management plan, the site delivery quality, progress, cost, safety, change and risk
control in the whole process of management, timely coordination of relevant units, to ensure the smooth
implementation of the projects.
- Organized the preparation of project management implementation plans and various rules and regulations,
and organized their implementation.
- Participate in the confirmation meeting of delivery progress of each delivery unit and supervision unit, and
be able to grasp the direction of the meeting, correctly judge and guide the optimization of project
duration.
- Supervised the effective implementation of the progress plan, and regularly sent reports to the project
management committee.
- During the stage of acceptance and handover, check the status of project completion and project handover
documents, provide acceptance plans, organize various acceptance inspections and review completion
materials, assist in completing the audit and handover procedures, and cooperate with relevant
departments to complete project settlement.
- Materials management, ensure the sufficient stock all the time, forecast the output and stock up time to
time.
