Provide account specific support to the PMO Lead, Programme Manager's and dedicated or variable project managers delivering projects for the specific Account.
Key roles & responsibilities
Primary Functions
Be proficient in and use all JLL PDS and Client technology as required
Manage and support all financial end to end process using both JLL and Client systems
Track and generate accurate and timely reports
Track projects against KPI's and generate reports accordingly
Proactively manage data governance and quality within JLL and Client systems
Proactively monitoring and managing process governance and document control for all projects
Collaborate with Client Global procurement to execute duties on finance and contracts
Support project budgets development
Provides data exhibits and background analyses to support project funding requests
Secondary Functions:
Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
Support and manage communications across projects
Transfer knowledge to project delivery teams e.g onboarding.
Support consistent delivery approach
Collaborate with Client's corporate real estate functions, HSSE, ESG, Security / IT and other internal business functions to understand customer needs for allocated projects.
Support identification and implementation of best practices in program management
Effective support to major initiatives impacting real estate owned or leased by Client involving expansions, contractions, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in construction or real estate preferred. Good knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technical aspects of the job
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Good planning skills, and ability to meet budgeting and time commitments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Basic business acumen
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Minimum Required Education:
First level university degree with a focus in construction, project management and or quantity surveying background or equivalent preferred
4 years of experience in a related field recommended
