Circles.Life is looking for a Regional Operations Process Excellence Head who loves to establish and enhance business processes to improve reliability, increase simplicity and enable growth.
Job Duties:
Champion and lead the deployment of process improvement program for Operations team and Customer Happiness team.
Provide analytical inputs to Head of Operations on productivity, fulfillment performance, costs and profitability for planning and execution.
Devise and implement measurement tool for monitoring performance.
Lead change process and identify improvement opportunities and work with vendors and/or internal departments (including Product and Engineering teams) to achieve the desired outcome.
Define and provide product feature requirements and the corresponding expected business impact.
Conduct process audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
Lead, train and monitor the performance of operations teams to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting targets for operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in roles focusing on process improvement and/or product management, preferably in the eCommerce or telecommunications industry.
Degree in Logistics, Engineering or quality related field preferred.
Very strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on data. Expert in Excel and SQL with capacity to learn new software and programming language.
Proven track record in successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Good project management and sound problem-solving skills.
Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, constantly challenge the status quo and push new ideas forward.
Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and teams.
Excellent communicator, high fluency in written and spoken English.
Driven and resourceful.
Loves to solve puzzles.
