REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
 
Position Overview
 
The Regional Operations Manager drive business growth by improving operational efficiencies in collaboration across all the functional team of YSU Food Solutions (Distribution) and through the Area Operations Managers as direct reports.
 
Accountabilities:
Efficient Operational Execution Across all Four (4) Branches
Cost Efficient Order to Delivery Lead Time
Reporting and Insights
Financial Accountability
Repacking Processes, Output Quality and Efficiencies
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery rate.
Warehouse and inventory accuracy.
Regional operational cost efficiency vs. budget.
Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
Compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master's degree an advantage).
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in operations, distribution, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or food packaging.
Strong background in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office tools.
