Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Managing:
Source and recruit talented Content Creators for our dating platform.
Efficiently manage the team's workflow for timely and high-quality content & communication.
Training & Support:
Provide training to new Content Creators, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Offer ongoing support to the team, addressing challenges with creative solutions.
Content Moderation:
Monitor and moderate content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Income Planning and Financial Distribution:
Demonstrate the ability to strategically plan your agency's income and allocate finances effectively among the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruiting or ability to learn quickly.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative business-mindset.
Active mindset and motivation to develop.
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging platforms is a plus!
