AIoT manager must have a regular alignment with other department (RAM, RRM, RTM, RSM) to carry- out plans and programs in the region. -SALES - AIoT manger does the target planning for his region. ensures every team member is aware of his target. And well known of the products knowledge with good skills and have intention of bounding selling. -BV Management - AIoT manger must work close with RAM,RRM to improve and maintain good brand visibility of AIoT products, meet standards display. -Data Analysis - effective selling stores , monthly sellout, channel inventory analysis . -Development Plans - AIoT manager create development plan for his region to increase sales, develop his people and maximize the market potential of his region.
