JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of ongoing refrigeration mechanics training as new equipment, materials, and processes become available. In charge of supervising in-house refrigeration mechanics and/or Authorized Service Providers for the maintenance, leak rate, service, and repairs of retail refrigeration, HVAC, and EMS systems. Provide guidance and recommendations on all HVAC and refrigeration project specifications, design, scope, and bidding.

Must have at least three years of industrial refrigeration experience, as well as industrial maintenance experience. One year of college or technical school; or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Writing skills are required for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Capability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
