Job Description
Responsible for carry out preventative maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Repair faulty air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and Plan
On a daily basis closely monitor the cooling levels in each conference room to ensure that cooling levels are adequate to avoid negative impact to clients' events. Ensure routine checks and servicing are carried out on the air conditioning
Troubleshoot air conditioning/refrigeration equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment. Complete logs detailing works carried out inclusive of parts utilized
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
