Description
o provide assistance to the Refinery Supervisor in refinery operation to hit desired production, required product quality, and to execute the most efficient refining process.
a.) Have general knowledge in Physical Edible Oil Refinery Plant
· Able to manage refinery operational process: Degumming, Bleaching, Filtration and deodorization
· Have knowledge in PLC operated systems and automatic controls.
· Can perform effective remedial actions and troubleshooting during operational conflicts
· Have knowledge on product quality and standards.
· Monitor closely the process from raw material to finished product achieving desired quality and efficiency
· Aware on product demands ,commitments and desired production yield
b.) Reports and record keeping
· Records hourly activities on the logbook/logsheet during operation: analysis report, dosage, operational parameters (temperature, pressure, tank levels), quick repairs, downtimes or any significant activities.
· Submit production and consumption reports every end of the shift.
· Records any findings during operation necessary for repairs or modifications
· Submit reports for improvements.
c.) Machinery maintenance
· Aware on the status and condition of the running machineries
· Have basic knowledge in repairs and machine servicing
· Coordinate with the maintenance and immediate superior in any findings of machine inefficiency.
