Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Intermediate knowledge in HRIS, MS Office, PeopleSoft and other applicant tracking system related tools.
Must possess Effective Organizational Skills, Excellent Communication Skills, and Time Management Skills
At least 2-3 year(s) of related working experience specializing in volume recruiting and in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in utilizing online job portals for sourcing activities.
Ability to work on several hiring targets simultaneously.
Ability to come up with sound and accurate decisions in any given circumstance
Ability to exhibit professionalism
