Position: Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Supervisor
Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed)
Employment: Probationary
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other related discipline;
With at least three (3) years experience in recruitment in a supervisory or senior role gained in an IT or related industry;
Knowledgeable in Technical Interview for differently IT professionals (Network, Service Desk, Technical Support, etc.)
Must have strong personality and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Recruiters to effectively and efficiently attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates.
Motivate, coach, and drive the team in reaching specific and long-term goals.
Coordinate with Managers in determining manpower needs.
