Job summary:
We are looking for a well-rounded recruitment supervisor to source, supervise and implement the available hiring strategies from various sourcing channels for applicant pooling based on current trends.
Primary responsibilities:
Schedule recruitment activities to gather applicants
Supervise screening of applicants based on the job specification and short list candidates using the assigned pre-selection assessment tools set by the company.
Ensure that the Recruitment team follows the approved interview matrix in endorsing qualified applicants for final hiring.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course
At least 2 to 3 year supervisory experience in recruitment in a BPO setting
Driven and passionate about work
Excellent people management skills and ability to effectively develop team members
Customer-oriented
Sourcing background in support positions an advantage
Knowledge and experience in reports and analysis a definite plus
Excellent English communication skills
