QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably with Master’s degree or units earned.
Three years of related experience preferred. Three to five years of related experience required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Recruiting Operations
Execute direct interface with the hiring managers and provide feedback on the status as well as initiating an early engagement on the anticipated hiring activities.
Establish control and good relation with the hiring managers. Work with internal customers and recruiters to create and drive the recruiting process.
Should be able to screen up to managerial position.
Review relevance and validity of tests and recruiting processes to ensure streamlined HR processes.
Assist in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies.
Responsible for leading the phone screening and scheduling team to ensure achievement of daily targets and adherence to process standards and policies.
Collaborate and coordinate with the Recruitment Associate for lead generation and to ensure all lead sources are maximized.
b) Sourcing
Spearhead university programs, college relations activities, and other related events that will eventually lead to generation of highly qualified candidates such as provision of list of graduates belonging to the top 10% of the graduating class.
Interface with the external vendors that are necessary in the production of recruitment peripherals.
c) Reporting & Analytics
Collect, summarize and generate recruitment reports. Review and validate reports prior to release to the management.
Implement and evaluate near hire training programs to support Recruitment needs
Collaborates with sourcing, recruitment and operations to ensure that Skills Enhancement Training (SET) course materials reflect current specifications and obtain information on new processes and equipment
Responsible in resolving disputes and able to respond to internal customers should there be any escalation regarding reports.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of team. Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate work flow.
d) Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of techniques which require a grasp of involved practices, precedents, theory, industry, and principles needed to coach direct reports.
e) Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
f) Ensure required staffing levels are maintained to achieve department goals.
g)Provide and document performance feedback through side by side coaching of staff.
h) Perform other duties as assigned by management.
