Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or any related courses
-At least 1 year experience in sourcing/ recruitment process
-Preferably outgoing and persuasive and is able to handle work stress
-Must be receptive to change complemented with a sense of urgency
-Assertiveness is a plus, yet knows how to remain customer focused
Description:
- Provide recruitment, administrative support and coordination
- Monitor and post job advertisements
- Perform initial candidate call out
- Highly organized, detailed oriented and good interpersonal skill
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
