JOB SUMMARY
Posting, sourcing and scheduling potential candidates from various online accounts.
Conduct initial interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Facilitate administers examination, evaluates results and creates summary of applicants for interview.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound judgment with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills
Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
