₱ 15,000.00 (monthly) Temporary contract Part Time
Duties include but are not limited to:
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes such as selection and hiring of qualified applicants.
Administering an efficient and effective employee recruitment and selection program to support the manpower requirement
Receives, sorts, classifies, and evaluates application letters/resume administers company pre-employment examination, and ensures the completeness of pre-employment requirements.
Responsible for Employee Verification and Background Investigation
Ensure update of manpower list and headcount weekly and reconciles manpower headcount of all departments monthly
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills
Open to project-based employment contract
Amenable to work in FPIP Tanauan City Batangas
Requirements
