RECRUITMENT STAFF
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process such as but not limited to interviews, psychometric assessments, shortlisting of applicants according to job requirements, etc.
Compile recruitment strategies and organize selection process for applicants using different job platforms that includes but not limited to posting careers websites, campus hiring and job fairs to meet organization demands and requests
Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment database
Job Qualifications:
With a bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or with equivalent experience
Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, people, direction-setting and process skills
