Recruitment SpecialistONE FOOD GROUP
Responsible for sourcing for assigned brand or account.
Does cold calling and initial screening to applicants.
Works closely with Recruitment Supervisor and Hiring Managers in filling up manpower requests.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
With adept experience on end to end recruitment process in Operations
Knowledge in Psychological testing, trend analysis, profiling is an advantage.
Experience in food industry recruitment is also an advantage.
Must be customer-service oriented and a team player.
Must have excellent communication skills, Proficient in MS applications especially in Excel and Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides)
