JOB DESCRIPTION
Post and advertise job vacancies to online recruiting sites.
Collects, review and screen resume and provides shortlist of approved candidates.
Review resumes and interview applicants to determine if they are qualified for the position. Make recommendations and provide interview results to hiring managers.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help with sourcing of applicants.
Coordinate with managers to schedule interviews and orientations for new hires.
Meet with candidates to discuss job opportunities and answer questions about company culture and benefits packages.
Conduct reference checks and background checks on applicants.
Manage applicant tracking system to track hiring status and employee turnover.
