Responsible for sourcing and screening manpower to fill in job vacancies
Find potential candidates which suited for the requirements of the job through face to face or phone interview
Conducts background checking of candidates (character references, NBI clearances, etc.)
Maintains and updates 201 files of the employees.
Responsible for time keeping and DTR summary of Monthly personnel.
Helps the HR supervisor/manager for the training and development program for all employees.
Assists with daily operations when it comes to administrative tasks.
Monitoring of employees’ contract renewals and conducts employee evaluation..
Issuance of disciplinary action to all employees.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource
Has at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and other HR Facets
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
