Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for screening, recruiting and employment of qualified and suitable candidates for the manpower requirements of Atos, as well as qualified support of the HR Manager and HR Team in all professional HR routine work and administrative tasks, combined with special assignments and projects
Coordinate with the Hiring Managers regarding job requirements in order to understand the qualifications, job profile and competencies required for the job.
Recruit, screen and endorse qualified candidates to hiring manager for final interview and assessment.
Coordinate with different school representatives in order to acquire the best students and graduates for apprenticeships, job requirements at hand, or for future employment.
Continuously source candidates by exploring other avenues of recruiting in order to have a steady supply of qualified candidates in the pool.
Monitor progress of recruitment plans and ensure timely delivery of required manpower to operations.
Implement HR programs by providing assistance and involvement in these activities, in order to decrease employee attrition, improve productivity, and job motivation of employees.
Maintain proper records and updates superior through proper documentation, filing and track monitoring of recruitment processes.
Establish, maintain and make best use of IT Recruitment Tools
Responsible for Recruitment Activities related to Attraction, Selection and integration of new employees
Reporting of Key Performance Indicators such as time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, etc.
Responsible for the organization and participation in Job Interviews
Recruiting -related administrative tasks such as sorting and pre-selection of applications, contacting applicants, dealing with publishing media, issuing of contracts, testing of applicants, etc.
