Recruitment Specialistonsemi
Oversee the onboarding process (from offer acceptance to New Hire Orientation)
Provide support in other hiring activities such as sourcing, interviewing, etc., both for direct and indirect labor requirements
Prepare reports as necessary
Support other PH sites as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline
Preferably with at least 1 year of recruiting-related experience
Keen on details, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
Can work independently
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel
With above average communication skills
