Minimum Requirements for Hiring:
Candidates should be a graduate of any 4-year or 5- year course (preferably Psychology stream), with basic recruitment work experience preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Must be willing to work in a dynamic and versatlie BPO set-up
Above average English communications skills
Willing to do phone screening or do background verification
Must have acceptable typing speed

Job Description:
Work in a Recruitment for BPO set-up
Maintain applicant's BGV and MIS database
build rapport and engage applicants on site
Maintain daily reports
Team player to work with internal team and external stakeholders with right attitude
Support team in other basic activities related to recruitment
