ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Full time Recruitment Specialist who is committed, organized, and dependable. This person must be well versed in the end-to-end recruitment process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidates through various recruitment sources
Conduct and monitor various online recruiting campaigns
Create job descriptions
Perform recruitment activities from vetting, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, negotiating offers, and keeping the documentation updated in a timely manner
Main point person for other recruitment needs
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years work experience in the Recruitment field is required
Applicants must be willing to work during 8am to 5pm US Pacific time (11pm-8am Philippine time, if DST)
Computer savvy with ample experience in using Excel, Outlook, and other software tools as needed
Well versed in written and oral communication
Familiarity with the use of HRIS is a PLUS
Preferably with experience working in IT/Software Development industries or at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology or equivalent
With strong analytical skills and the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
With strong consulting skills and can work well within a team
Applicants must have a good working laptop and a stable internet connection to conduct seamless online interviews and meetings
Currently residing in the Philippines
Willing to work remotely
