Job Description
Salary: 18,000 -20,000 Monthly
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various job positions
Utilize online platforms, social media, job boards, and other resources to actively source and engage potential candidates
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position
Maintain a database of potential candidates and regularly update candidate profiles
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Provide recommendations on candidate sourcing strategies and continuously improve the sourcing process
Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand the candidate pool
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruitment sourcing specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, Boolean searches, and social media recruiting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and assess cultural fit
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of urgency in meeting recruitment deadlines
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
