Recruitment Sourcing Lead

The Role
As the Sourcing Lead, you will plan and manage effective and efficient candidate sourcing strategies and come up with innovative and creative ways to attract quality candidates. You will work closely with the country manager and senior recruitment manager and lead the sourcing team to appropriately source top-tier professional candidates using various platforms, channels, including posting on job boards, online communities, social media, and establishing formal career relationships with universities and other related entities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate the current sourcing process and present process improvement strategies for approval
Collect and analyze sourcing channel performance data to identify the top source for quality hires
Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans
Manages the sourcing team and provide guidance and coaching
Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating candidate sourcing activity and quality
Responsible for sourcing candidates across different functions by creating job descriptions, publishing job opportunities, and forging relationships with potential talent providers to build candidate pipelines
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport
Oversee and manage candidate facing social media presence and recruitment marketing
Responsible for actively managing job platforms, initial candidate processing by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks
Education
Bachelor's degree in any of the following: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar
Experience
6-10 years recruitment experience preferably focusing on talent acquisition or sourcing
Must have experience working as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates (required)
Must have experience sourcing through social media (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.)
Must have experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
Has used data to validate the success of hiring efforts (required)
Must have experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype)
Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail (required)
Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)
A tech-Savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to extrapolate big goals into specific actionable plans (required)
Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment (required)
Interested in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and working with people to build things (preferred)
Experience with any of the following software: Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, Any Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
